Terms and Conditions

 

SHIPPING costs are calculated, before check out. If your country is not listed and you can not check out, please get in contact and I will calculate a price and set it up for you if possible. To pick up your order in the studio is possible. All items in stock will be shipped the following week using Australia Post. 

 

STUDIO PICKUP is available upon request. Please send me an email to mappottery@gmail.com to arrange a pickup. 

 

We are not able to process returns for CHANGE OF MIND as we are a small  business. Please always remember that colors and surfaces are super hard to depict exact on a photo and all pieces are unique due to the handmade process. DAMAGED ITEMS

While we do our best to pack everything to be sent in safe manner, we understand that they can sometimes be damaged in post due to the nature of ceramics. Damaged items and goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery for a refund to be issued. Please email a photo of the damaged piece along with the original box/packaging with labels to mappottery@gmail.com
